Family Tae Kwon Do
All students, regardless of age, are rewarded for a positive attitude in every area of their lives.
Students ages 4-7 can start in the
Little Dragons Program
where the objective is to provide a fun-filled & positive learning environment for pre-school and kindergarten age students which will enhance the development of basic good habits such as paying attention, following directions, cooperation, respect for self and others, self-control and self-discipline.
Our Family Classes are for students Ages 8 & up and our Adult Classes
are for ages 13 & up. In the Family & Adult Program, students learn traditional and modern tae kwon do skills, as well as have the opportunity to progress in rank to a 3rd Degree black belt.
Tumbling
Kids can take tumbling by itself (in the Camp Verde location) or as an add-on to the tae kwon do program (in both Cottonwood and Camp Verde). Students will have a blast learning gymnastic fundamentals on the state-of-the-art tumbling floor & mats.
Cardio/Self-Defense
For those teens and adults looking for a work-out with a twist, try our Cardio classes. Offered 3X per week, students will stay fit, gain strength and flexibility all with the added bonus of learning basic self-defense skills.

Competitions/Demo Team
Students in the TKD program will have the opportunity to compete in state-wide and national tournaments. In addition, advanced students may be invited to perform on the school's Award Winning Demo Team, the X-TEAM, that will perform locally and around the country.
Birthday Parties
Kids can host their themed birthday parties right here at KC's Family TKD! Have a karate party and invite a "Power Ranger" to perform. Kids will really enjoy karate games and fun. Tumbling parties are also available. Let us help you create a day your child will never forget!
School, Community, and Charitable Partnering Programs
Fostering partnerships within the community, particularly within the local schools, only comes naturally to KC's Family Tae Kwon Do and Tumbling. We have experience working in school situations, whether it be a martial arts demonstration for the entire population or a leadership workshop for smaller student groups and teachers. We know how important it is that our youth have positive influences wherever they go. Please contact us for more information on bringing our programs into your school or for professional development opportunities within your organization.
